My friend Robin Macy is playing a show at Botanica on October 11 and you better get your tickets soon. She played there two years ago and it sold out. I had to do A LOT of begging to get a cool spot on the grassy knoll. Tickets are $12 and you can call Botanica at 316-264-0448.
Robin is going to play music from "Songs From the Garden," the cd she is recording with Scruffins Multimedia co-founder Carter Green at Greenjeans Studios. I've sat in on a few recording sessions and for a Bluegrass/folk musician, she totally rocks!
